carb-free starting tmrow...

sudah lamer meninggalkan rutin itu..
setelah seminggu memperhambakan diri dengan nasik dan lauk pauk yang berlemak..
sepanjang *happy merry hols*...
i need to get back to the formula...
isy....retention of carb should be beginning by this second....
TAPI....lauk yang mak bekal tadik masih x sentuh..
ouchhh...hidup ini sangat mencabar!!

i bought wholegrain fibermeal bread to replace my nasik....
try to get use to it first...
den..lamer2 boleh telan la kowt..
